The Long Valley Corporation is a business administration company for residential renovations. Our business is acquiring houses that are not currently habitable; repairing and renovating them; and then returning them to the market as desirable family homes. Most of our homes can be completed and ready for occupancy within 4 - 6 weeks of purchasing the property. We operate mainly in established areas of town, where properties may have been vacant or simply neglected over time, and have thus fallen into disrepair. To maximize the pool of potential buyers, we target single family starter homes valued below the median for that zip code. We concentrate on the more community-oriented neighborhoods, where there is a continual supply of growing families who need to buy more homes and want to stay in the area. We work with realtors, banks, owners and other associates to locate suitable properties, and with independent contractors to renovate them. We purchase the properties at no more than 45% of their After Repaired Value (ARV) to allow sufficient margins for all parties to profit, even in an uncertain market. Our business is supported by investors who are adding to their own real estate holdings, or providing short-term funding for individual projects. _____________________ |
